This one really got my attention. Asthma rates in children under the age of five have increased more than 160% from 1980-1994.
Now why are our children having a hard time breathing? While the answer is not clear I personally believe that it is a combination of all the chemicals floating around our planet and the degredation of the American diet.
Here is my personal testimony: My son used to have problems breathing correctly after running around and playing. I am studying to become a Nutritional Consultant and in my studies I am discovering new things and rediscovering things I already knew. It is pretty exciting I must say. And a little scary. For instance, I have just finished reading about why we should not use microwave ovens. I haven’t used mine in a long time and have contemplated getting rid of it and now I do believe my mind is made up. It’s out, if I can just get my husband to agree.
